Define System Under Test (SUT 2) for MID PSI, based on product functionality planned to be integrated from the MID AIV Product Integration plan.

We need to finalise definition of https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SE/SP-1773+PSI+Mid+System+Integration+Test+1 as the first Integration Test SUT.
