    Description

      The introduction of Network interfaces with significant compute capacity and the proposal of RFI detection algorithms based on polarisation characteristics of interfering data potentially allows us to detect and remove data as it arrives in the science data processor.

      Prototype this idea to estimate its viability and potential value.

      Depends on the availability of suitable hardware, estimated to be released Q3 2021.
