      The availability of asynchronous long running commands let even a software-only system to experiment real world situation, simulating, or even directly implementing direct hardware interactions. The timeout handling permits the handling of problems and pitfall which can (and will) arise in direct hardware interactions.

    Description

      The release of the skeleton for sub-element base classes was completed, and, the CSP.LMC has grown in size and complexity. However many functionalities are still lacking.

      To fully proceed in the way of more and more complete implementation of a real word control system the CSP.LMC needs some specific functionalities.

      This Feature belongs to a series that will develop some long needed functionalities. This work is aimed at the implementation of timeouts handling in commands.
