While in software only framework all commands can be seen as synchronous, because their execution time is very short, when real hardware is involved this is no more true.

The availability of asynchronous long running commands let even a software-only system to experiment real world situation, simulating, or even directly implementing direct hardware interactions, paving the way to a more realistic approach.

    Description

The release of the skeleton for sub-element base classes was completed, and,  the CSP.LMC has grown in size and complexity. However many functionalities are still lacking.

To fully  proceed in the way of more and more complete implementation of a real word control system the CSP.LMC needs some specific functionalities.

This Feature is the first of a series that will develop some long needed functionalities. This work is aimed at the implementation of long running asynchronous commands
