There was a lot of coordination between teams (including weekly sync meetings, and the #proj-sp-1496-oet-sb-exectuion-low slack channel) which allowed the various teams working on this feature to come together to deliver SB execution on LOW with the OET. Coordination happened throughout the PI, integration happened after all images were delivered (end of sprint 10.5)

TMC and MCCS validation were added to the telescope model (AT2-698, AT2-743, respectively), and the CDM was updated with new TMC commands (AT2-692).

LOW 'create SBI', 'allocate from SB', and 'observe SB' scripts were created (AT2-787,AT2-786, AT2-788) (see also AT2-796).

The functionality was demonstrated at the PI demo on 1 June, 2021
