      In AT2-597, we removed the hard-coded MID device names and replaced them with environment variables, which required AT2-598 changes to the OET to let it know whether it's supposed to be controlling low or mid, and then make sure the CDM payload actually conforms to that telescopes configuration (AT2-600) and if it doesn't, prevent script execution (AT2-604)
      Following that, factory methods were created for mid and low specific classes (AT2-599), and the oet was updated and integrated into SKAMPI (AT2-601, AT2-603).

      These updates were then included in an updated Jupyter Notebook (in the oet-scripts project) that re-creates the MCCS PI8 demo, but uses the new functions to allocate resources, configure, scan & release (see AT2-667)

    Description

      This feature aims at integrating OET in PSI-Low/SKA1_low. This shall include scripting and the associated JSON files for resource assignment, configuration and scanning. Depending on capacity we may want to add actual SB execution, but that could come after PI9.
