The following acceptance criteria are assuming no blockers arise that are outside of VIOLA's control:
- k8s cluster is set up across the 3 servers plus head node in the PSI Low facility
- the cluster is able to run SKAMPI (having fun with it is not necessarily part of the acceptance criteria
) - there is a lightweight access policy document that explains to other teams how to access, deploy and run SW on the PSI Low cluster.

Description
This Feature should cover the work required by VIOLA team to satisfy the key results of the shared Objective SPO-937.
In particular, VIOLA should provided the required support to the MCCS and SYSTEM teams to successfully set up the k8s cluster across the 3 servers plus head node in the PSI Low facility such that the cluster is able to run SKAMPI.
The envisaged support includes but is not limited to: help with documenting the networks, assisting with user access, moving out old machines, purchasing SFPs, providing support for access policy document, etc.
In addition, if the TPMs v1.6 arrive at CSIRO during PI9, VIOLA should provide any logistical support needed to ensure that these arrive at the facility and are installed there (note however VIOLA may rely on other teams for the actual installation, and this dependency hasn't yet been formalised for PI9).
