    Description

      It is planned to create a "public" environment for users to carry out acceptance testing on early prototype systems (SP-1349). This environment should have a simple landing page for directing the user to next steps (e.g. how to run particular systems, how to load/create webjive dashboards, user help, etc.) This feature should create the first version of that landing page.

      In the first instance a simple html page may suffice - discuss.
