The AIV Low PSI Plan should allow a PSI operator, a TDT engineer, or an AIV engineer to understand:

      • What is available at the PSI Low at each PI
      • How to deploy the relevant software at the Low PSI
      • How to use that software

Other parts of the ToC need to be discussed with the Feature Owner and identified Users/Proxies.

    Description

Creation of the first draft of the AIV Low PSI Plan. The Table of Contents needs to be negotiated with the Feature Owner and relevant stakeholders as the first step. Ideally, the feature should include the signature and submission to eB, but submission to eB as a draft would be acceptable at this stage.
