CSP_Mid.CBF Subarray - implement changes required to support execution of multi-scan Scheduling Blocks (SS-41)

Mid.CBF Subarray modifed:

• command configure() accepts the JSON script which:
  • instead of ScanID specifies configuration ID (id).
  • for each channel (or group of channels) specifies the Mid.CBF output link to be used to transmit visibilities and the SDP output addresses. 
  • the subscription point where Mid.CBF shall subscribe to receive the destination addresses for output products is not required any more (and should not be specified in the JASON script).
• command startScan() specifies ScanID.

As a consequence Mid.CBF:

Does not publish the list of channels with the output links to be used to transmit visibilities. 

Does not subscribe to receive the destination addresses for visibilities from SDP. 

Updated Mid.CBF to comply with ADR-4 and ADR-10.

Replaced the Scan ID in the JSON script passed by the command Configure() with the Configuration ID (string).
The Scan ID is specified by the command startScan()
Output links used to transmit Mid.CBF output products (visibilities) to SDP are specified in the JSON script with the rest of scan configuration.
The destination addresses for Mid.CBF output products (visibilities) are specified in the JSON script with the rest of scan configuration. (destination IP address and port are required, MAC address can be optionally specified.)
The new image deployed in SKAMPI. Fixed errors uncovered during integration.
CI has been improved, further improvement is required (and will be a priority when work on ADR-8 implementation is completed).
