Develop a Process for Expanding NetTerrain Access to the MID Infrastructure Team

We want to extend the editing ability of NetTerrain to the MID Infrastructure Team to allow them to manage their own design area and add the MeerKAT extension project, but we need a way of managing how changes are made and controlled. We need to:

• Identify a suitable MID Infrastructure NetTerrain Administrator
• Identify the administrative boundaries of this administrator (what will the administrator be responsible for and identify the demarcation)
• Identify which pages in NetTerrain this administrator requires access to and identify if access can be restricted to certain areas to minimise mistakes.
• Identify what information will be added initially (CDR Baselines Design?) and what the change control process is for updating the design.
• Identify if the NetTerrain standards document is suitable to be distributed.
• Identify what training will be provided and by whom.
• Create a process/procedural document that defines how the MID Infrastructure NetTerrain Administrator should use NetTerrain.
