      Enable SDLC processes to be infrastructure provider independent, and capable of being concurrently deployed and federated.

      Refine the existing implementation for deploying Kubernetes, so that it can be rebuilt and reconfigured on demand to make the entire Common Platform and Services managed by the Systems Team  portable, robust and responsive.

      Enable SDLC processes to be infrastructure provider independent, and capable of being concurrently deployed and federated. Refine the existing implementation for deploying Kubernetes, so that it can be rebuilt and reconfigured on demand to make the entire Common Platform and Services managed by the Systems Team  portable, robust and responsive.

      • The deployment process defined in cluster-k8s is further tested and refined.
      • The existing Kubernetes clusters are consolidated into one (k8s_syscore).(descoped for PI#7)
      • A minimal cluster  (lb+3xmaster+3xworker) is deployed for management testing processes such as upgrades, new configurations (resource constraints, scheduling, drivers etc), and integrations (ceph/rook).
      • The updated deployment process for the Kubernetes clusters is repeatable and idempotent.
      • The deployment automatically updates the global service inventory (see: SP-1061).(descoped for PI#7)
      • The process runs seamlessly from the management server (see: SP-1061).
      • Systems Team documentation is updated to explain how to work with deployment process.
