    Description

      This is a planned release of the integrated monitoring and control functionality of the SKA1_LOW MVP. Providing the full 'happy day' observational control functionality for the LOW telescope. This release supports objective SPO-2117 (solution goal- SPO-2116 ). (Except MCCS sub-system). SUT2 in Low test plans is verifying the release in Operations Sandbox.
