      • Change subarray internal state model so that the End command ends the execution block (see ADR-16).
      • Implement new subarray command schemas (version 0.4) to support multiple scan visibility receive (see ADR-54):
        • ReleaseResources now takes an argument to specify which resources to release.
        • Added ReleaseAllResources command which does not take an argument.
        • Configure command no longer accepts new scan types.
