      Summary

      Wrapper application, written in React.  Its purpose is to provide a unifying login and menu system, that all other GUI's can be accessed, allowing for the use of single sign an RBAC to help guide the user as to the features and utilities available to them.   In addition, functionality and utilities that can be made available to the general public can also be provided.
