      Note that it was intended that this be a minor release, but it's ended up being a patch release.

      • The OSO-TMC interface is extended such that OSO can indicate whether a pointing calibration solution should be applied or not.
      • Added OSO-TMC interface for low configure schema to support Ra-Dec values for low delay calculations.
      • As part of this, the MCCS configure interface has been updated such that apertures are now supported.
