Bring back the Engineering Data Archive and Landing Page

In PI11 it was possible to use an Integration and a Staging Environment to test SKAO software, and it included a Landing Page that pointed to different dashboards, and a Jupyter Hub environment able to use pytango for accessing the underlying devices. Staging and Integration Environments were available for Mid and Low, and also for the PSI-Low.

At the end of PI15, users will be able to use integration and staging environments for SKAO software, and have these environments also running on PSI-Mid and PSI-Low, if the AIV teams so desire.

This environments will have again a Landing Page that will not only point to relevant dashboards and Jupyter Notebooks, but the Engineering Data Archive will register all relevant attributes of the Integration and Staging environments, and their attributes should be accessible through a Grafana or similar interface, or at the very least a DB query interface.

It should also be possible in this environment to get a list of the software running in the environment, together with the relevant versions of all software running on them.

Potentially out of scope for this capability, but hinting at future Features

• The staging environment can be observed through one or more dashboards, and something will be happening, either because there is an automated observation going on, or someone has asked for controlling the staging environment.

Other considerations

• This capability might be split between the provision of the Landing Page and the incorporation of the Engineering Data Archive, but in any case the incorporated Engineering Data Archive should be reachable from the Landing Page.
