The subarray has been modified to set its attributes in real-time based on the current configuration. It has been implemented using an event loop to watch the relevant entries in the config DB. The new version was demoed at DP ART System Demo 7.6.

Description

It should be possible to configure the facade to publish information from the configuration on TANGO devices. Changes should be propagated, and basic exceptional conditions (like the configuration database not being available or not having the attribute in question defined) should be handled.

This should include but not be limited to: current PB (metadata), current Scan IDs, ...

This will enable testing and validation of what what SDP has been commanded to do!
