Acceptance criteria:
- backplane testing shows 10MHz and 1pps skew to be less than 1ns
- backplane delivered to CSIRO for installation in the Low PSI
- mechanically cards can be inserted with deflection less than 1mm

Produce the upgraded Gemini Backplane and install in Perentie rack

In PI#6 the Gemini PCB was sent out for production
This feature monitors the production and testing of the updated Gemini backplane.
Some of the steps required are as follows:
- Assemble components onto the Gemini backplane at ASTRON.
- Test the backplane functionality - 10MHz and 1pps distribution.
- Prepare shipping case and ship to CSIRO.
- Install backplane on second subrack.
- Install liquid cooling manifold.
- Install into Perentie rack and test.
