    Description

      Produce the upgraded Gemini Backplane and install in Perentie rack

      • In PI#6 the Gemini PCB was sent out for production
      • This feature monitors the production and testing of the updated Gemini backplane.
      • Some of the steps required are as follows:
        • Assemble components onto the Gemini backplane at ASTRON. 
        • Test the backplane functionality - 10MHz and 1pps distribution.
        • Prepare shipping case and ship to CSIRO.
        • Install backplane on second subrack.
        • Install liquid cooling manifold.
        • Install into Perentie rack and test.
