[NZAPP-180]: Automation of W-Projection kernel generator has been implemented in the SEP Imaging Pipeline. Kernels will be detected from file if possible (pre-generated), otherwise a fresh set of kernels will be produced prior to imaging. Kernels will be saved to file at discretion of pipeline configuration (user customizable).

[NZAPP-178]: Automation of PSF generation has also been implemented in SEP Imaging Pipeline. PSF is generated prior to imaging.

[NZAPP-182]: SEP Imaging Pipeline has been set up to operate via YAML configuration files (no need to recompile source code). A "default" config is applied during first set up sweep, followed by a "custom" config sweep (only needs to supply overrides to default configuration). Also works with the kubernetes pipeline job.

[NZAPP-200]: User support was provided in person. No feedback was supplied, as it was mostly assisting the user in how and why the pipeline operates the way it does.

[NZAPP-201]: Further documentation was integrated into the Sphinx/ReadTheDocs/Breathe documentation system stored within the SEP Imaging Pipeline repository. There are a substantial number of functions to document, so this remains a continuous work in progress.

[NZAPP-179]: Files will now load/save in binary format, instead of our initial choice of CSV. This includes visibilities, kernels, images (dirty, residual, etc.), model sources, gains (for calibration).
