Testing the integration of RFI Mitigation module in PSS pipeline on real data sets and Meerkat

The RFI Mitigation (RFIM) module's new features (policies and type expansion) are already integrated into some of the pipelines, and basic unit testing is in place but we are seeing problems (Segfaults) when running the pipeline on real data sets. The work here is to identify and correct these issues to achieve stable RFIM pipelines that can run at the required speed.
