    Description

Define and create a common library that matches the Interface Description. This library should then be used by both sides of the interface in their implementations.
      Dependency on CIPA team

Outcomes: Agreement to develop and use such a library. Creation of a suitable repository + build systems to produce/install the library.
Observations: From PSS side the ideal would be a C++ or C library, preferably header only. The essential would be a class or struct that represents the UDP packet structure exactly.
