Description

Add references to MeerKAT+ developer/user documentation to Solution Intent:

This should allow SKA developer to understand how to run MeerKAT+ components and understand how they work together.

All kinds of material is acceptable here (e.g. presentation slides, Confluence pages, ....), but the ideal is documentation kept with the source code (so e.g. ReSt or Markdown). Solution Intent should provide links to acess this sort of material in a human-readable and easy-to-navigate form - so e.g. generated by Sphinx or rendered by GitLab.
