Description

Simple way for users to download data products (MS files & images) produced by the SDP MVP deployed at a PSI. As sizes are expected to be really low and security is not an issue could just upload files to a shared cloud folder for the moment.

Further refinement of the UX is expected in PI7 following demo and feedback. Might need some coordination with ~~SP-786~~, as that will likely need to look into how scans finish - which might be where we could trigger this rudimentary delivery mechanism.
