Updating SDP parametric model to answer non-compliance

Non-compliance for several requirements related to LOW and MID SDP sizing is detailed in the SKA-TEL-SKO-0001020-01_ComplianceReport. For details, see TIMN-278 (linked).

In most cases, the non-compliance is due to the following rationale:

"The number of sources for calibration and peeling drives the system performance and sizing. Although this parameter is included in the system sizing estimate, the source count model to derive the number of sources from brightness is still uncertain."

According to P. Wortmann, this source count model still has not been implemented in the SDP parametric model. This Feature should define the work required to update the parameteric model as needed in order to assess compliance against the requirements mentioned in TIMN-278 . Any additional updates to this model that are thought to be useful or needed can also be included in this Feature.
