    Description

Create and publish Docker images which contain example simulation notebooks for simulating SKA1-Low and Mid with corruptions.

This is an enabler towards a longer term goal of being able to run simulations using Jupyterhub (eg via a k8s spawer) and parallelised using a Dask cluster.

      Consider using https://binderhub.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ for this.
