    Description

      In order to make the simulation of SKA1 more accessible, the tools used for SKA1 simulations (OSKAR, RASCIL etc) should be published as pip/conda installable Python packages with instructions indicating this added to the documentation of these tools which is discoverable though the SKA developer portal.
