    Description

      In order to be able to cleanly execute the different types of workflows required by SDP (ie the different real-time and batch workflows) it is necessary to move the implementation of the receive specific configure & scan logic out of the Subarray Tango device and into the receive workflow(s).

      This should result in refactored code and supporting tests such that:

      • The Subarray device Configure command no longer has visibility receive specific code and instead the Tango interface simply passes information through to the workflow (via the config db)
      • The visibility receive workflow maintains its state, CBF channel link map, scan configuration (etc) via configuration database
      • Stretch: Generalise receive workflow logic so that it can eventually be put into workflow libraries
