Description
At the moment the Scheduling Blocks exist as text files containing a JSON representation of the Scheduling Block, that the OET reads and executes. The ODT will allow users to read one of these files, make changes to the contents and save it again.
The server side of this application will initially be a RESTful interface that allows access to list, read and update Scheduling blocks. Here, the team will develop a service hosted in a docker container that can store and retrieve Scheduling blocks as files (interface should include listing the Scheduling Blocks available, opening an existing scheduling block, modifying a scheduling block (save over the top), save as a new scheduling block file)
