SKA Processing Data Model compliant with MSv3 with versioning considerations

The SKA processing data model developed in SP-600 is still mostly using the detailed definitions from the ASDM. This feature will rectify that, but potentially also point out shortcomings of the MSv3 in terms of data modelling. Although the base information defined in the MSv3 will likely be quite static, the specific calibration information (which is mostly missing in MSv3) will need to evolve during commissioning and early operations. This requires that the model itself will need to evolve as well and that requires a system supporting versioning as a fundamental feature. This feature will start to address versioning of the processing data model.
