    Description

       

      Establish an OSO evolutionary prototype that validates the defined input and constraints and tests basic algorithms.

      Also as a part of this to elaborate the interface to the SDP planning module that will allow the planning and scheduling tools to establish if the SDP will be able to accommodate the plan.
