LINFRA virtualization prototype

Implement the virtualisation layer where the relevant parts of OSO and TMC can run.

The software components within OSO and TMC will run inside a virtualisation layer provided by LINFRA. The deployment of the software components into the virtualisation is described in the TM SER document and calls for a multi layered definition structure through the use of a configuration file for each layer according to the  respective stakeholder inside OSO and TMC.

It is then very important, to create an early working prototype for both the virtualisation architecture and the multi layered definition structure, so that during the construction and testing period the various services being developed for OSO and TMC, can be deployed and tested inside the virtualisation layer provided by LINFRA.

This will be particularly important the databases (both EDA and ODA) and to help Tango deployment.

This includes a review of SDP memo and comparison between different possible solution.
