    Description

      Re-evaluate the range and granularity of the units being offered to users when launching sessions in the science platform.
      This could include the adoption of partial unit handling.  (eg 0.5 cpu).

      Currently all Science Platform resource requests are for full units - e.g. a user can ask for 1 CPU core. This work would make it possible for users to specify partial units (e.g. 10 millicores) in their session requests.

      This would require a change to the skaha API.
