    Description

      This Feature builds on the work of https://jira.skatelescope.org/browse/SP-4593, and provides a central test deployment of the metadata management service. This uses the CAOM model and associated code to expose an API for metadata curation and discovery.

      Note: The SRCNet v0.1 test campaign will use the existing science metadata service. This feature is for development towards v0.2 and will not interfere with v0.1 testing activities.
