      Environment data, collected from sensors in the SKA MID Weather Monitoring System will need to be available as Tango Device Server Attributes so that other systems (LMC/TMC) access this information during testing and operation. 

      Environment data will need to be recorded/archived to aid analysis and trouble-shooting during testing and operation.

    Description

      The SKA MID Weather Monitoring System (WMS) (SKA-SKA01-030) can collect environmental data from an array of sensors. These are digitised using the Acromag 961EN 4006 and published via MODBUS TCP.

      A software monitoring solution should be designed and implemented that can collect the weather station data. The data should then be published via a Tango Device Server as attributes.
