      perfSONAR will be used for network monitoring for v0.1. Since some SRCNet sites have to deploy all services on K8s, a Helm chart will make much easier/reproducible the process of deploying perfSONAR at these sites.

    Description

      A helm chart for perfSONAR will be needed for sites needing to deploy the same on k8s clusters (required for v0.1). Since some SRCNet sites have to deploy all services on K8s, a Helm chart will make much easier/reproducible the process of deploying perfSONAR at these sites.
