      Benefit is that we have a plan to port/develop new tests that rely on a better test harness and ideas about possible limits of the TH when seen as platform.

      Benefit is that we have a plan to port/develop new tests that rely on a better test harness and ideas about possible limits of the TH when seen as platform.

      • decisions have been made as to what old or new tests are candidates to rely on the new test harness
      • an analysis has been done and reported as to what additions are needed to the test harness (what new facades, wrappers, actions, configs, inputs) to support those tests; 
        • the analysis should identify (not define) these additions and be detailed enough to estimate the needed effort
      • based on such an analysis we (Emanuele, Giorgio, Verity) will identify the structural limits and possible solutions for the TH seen as a platform

      • The test cases that can be/needs to be migrated to make use of updated test harness
      • The estimation of efforts required to migrate the test cases
      • Identification of the changes required in the test harness (especially for ska-low)
