      Team FUSION is a new OMC team that is finding challenging to work with the Dev Portal, Pipeline Machinery and other tools/process/technologies that the project uses. In addition, Developer Portal has not been updated or reviewed in a year thoroughly after a 2 day workshop which left some of the pages and navigation in a bad place (i.e. hard to navigate, some duplicate information still lingers). 

      So with a user in mind, we need to improve the developer portal and general developer experience in accordance to make a more generic portal (currently the feedback is it's Tango controls oriented)

      Impact: Team is failing their high priority objectives due to the lack of self serving information or how to figure out things

      Brendon: I need to understand how much devops skill we need, how much we can rely on ST going forward.

      Ugur: we expect everyone(every team) to have the info to know to cover SDLC and CICD
