    Description

       As with the Cisco switch hardening done in PI23, this for HP switches will complete this work for the production switches.

      To also include resolving remaining issue with getting fallback accounts working on the catalyst 9000 switches

      Switch hardening should include remove the dependency on local accounts other than for fallback.
      Harden the switches in line with Industry standards as per Switch Hardening - Product Delivery Teams - SKAO Community Confluence (skatelescope.org)
