    Description

      See SP-4140 comments, including: "AGPL license could be problematic.  SKAO uses BSD-3 as a baseline, and while AGPL allows linking to libraries without mandating providing back all code that is linked, there may still be circumstantial edge case issues."

      We need to provide contribution guidelines for SRCNet. These will be informed by:

      • an investigation into what open source licenses our teams / SRCs are using
      • an investigation into whether using SKAO (or other existing) contribuition guidlines will work for SRCNet

      We at least need a minimal set of instructions regarding what licence to use when uploading to our gitlab repos etc.
