Description

We believe that solutions need to be put in place across UKSRC to provide information on the use of digital assets. This information needs to be provided at an overall accounting level and to end users on their individual use of these assets and is expected to be operational ahead of the next oversight report in September 2024.

To achieve this, we will:

Complete the work already started for reporting the use of Cambridge IRIS assets through APEL
Document other accounting practices already in place at other sites
Design practices for individual sites where these do not already exist
Develop the use of existing Azimuth dashboards to provide additional, granular information that can be provided to users
Design and deliver a mechanism for consolidating digital asset usage reporting across UKSRC
Confirm SRCNet's accounting requirements
