NICs physically re-arranged:

Type A and D servers now have no 100G NICs

Type B servers have 2 x 100G NICs

Type C (storage) now have 1 x 100G NIC

The platform software has been updated to:

Migrate storage servers to use the 100G link,

Reconfigure Ceph to use the new NICs and

Migrate the other nodes to use the new NICs.

The cluster switch config has also been updated to reflect the network re-arrangement/migration.

Vulcan team have commenced their integration testing on the LOW cluster and have successfully observed ARP traffic between the P4 switch and SDP as well as receiving SPEAD packets from CBF.
