    Description

      Develop and test the mechanism and interfaces used by the SDP for obtaining configuration information about the telescope (from TM). 

      This should consider both Fast Telescope State information needed by currently executing receive workflows as less time critical information (antenna / station models etc) needed by either real-time or batch workflows.
