LOW CSP release PI23

We would like to explicitly add the release as a feature.

•  [May be limited to investigate options only]We need to collaborate with release management on getting a better clarity/understanding of how we are going to handle the AA0.5 releases for all teams as these will have to remain stable for a while with minor updates. But the teams need to continue with development which may introduce function breaking changes.
• Adding the release as a task to be delivered crosses over between PST and correlator features and infomation relevant to the release will get lost in the features.
  *Having this as an explicit feature with all tasks related to the release associated with the feature as well as the AIV tickets will ensure all relevant information is captured
