Acceptance criteria:
- Write a script that reports basic metrics for images, such as RMS noise, metadata.
- Write a script that detect artefacts in the image, such as calibration errors or significant variations in RMS noise across the image.

Description

Whilst data integrity tests will be done at a system level, e.g. by Rucio, this task looks at image quality tests. E.g. is the image full of artefacts, does it have the correct metadata, what is the noise in the image. Whilst these checks may be done at SDP level, it could be worth having such tests performed at SRCs as well.
