Evaluate ObsCore Extension for Radio Astronomy

Metadata models defined in IVOA (REFERENCE PLEASE) may not be sufficient for SKAO purposes and need extending to better fit the needs of radio astronomy.

To test this, we will use the use the data already available through eMerlin to establish what additional metadata should be used to provide a rich metadata source for SKAO.
(PM response: this needs to extended to include the SKAO metadata and data model and consideration of the metadata from other radio observatories too -e.g. VLA, LOFAR, ASKAP, MWA)
