TPM health parameters are shown to be available within the MCCS devices.Ideally this  should display in dashboards and Alarms propagate to the alarm handler.  However initially viewing the monitoring parameters in a notebook is also acceptable. Documentation to be updated for the changes.

    Description

TPM health monitoring points were added in SP-4047, but these are not yet being included in the Tile health roll-up. PaSD health roll-up is sparse. In this feature we will complete health roll-up in Tile and PaSD such that all useful monitoring points as used to form the aggregated health state.

The roll-up policy is to be clearly documented and amenable to adaptation as necessary for emerging changes in monitoring point priorities according to feedback from AIV.
