      This feature further develops the software in SP-290 that was refactored for SPO-229 to allow end-to-end testing with gain calibration of both single versus double precision and the CSP.CBF-SDP interface. It will lead on to (likely in later PIs) testing visibility formats (FP16 versus FP32 visibility processing in the gridder and predict, visibility data layout in memory).

    Description

      `Follows on from SP-290

      Progress the real-time imaging pipeline from PI#3 to also include major (predict) cycles and initial calibration, commencing with gain calibration solver.

      The pipeline will integrate together the GPU-accelerated solve and predict stages from PI#3.

      The code should be suitable for integration with the CSP.CBF firmware prototype.
