      The work includes:
      1. identifying online source of provenance observation metadata
      2. creating a name resolver for the "astron:" scheme
      3. Update LoTSS DR2 metadata ingestion pipeline (https://github.com/opencadc/lotss2caom2)
      4. Execute pipeline on the complete LoTSS DR2 collection
      5. Metadata Review by domain experts
      6. Iterate as necessary
