Generate continuum imaging ODPs and integrate with ICAL

Following self-calibration, the final data products from an observation need to be created for delivery to the user. The required stages of processing to achieve this should be developed and scoped to focus on one or more continuum imaging use-case examples expected for AA2 in the first instance. Discussions with commissioning scientists and science operations to confirm the list of required data products and expected format may be required and can inform a wider effort to review and update expected observatory data products. For a continuum imaging case, this will likely require a final image cube and appropriate metadata as well as averaged and calibrated visibility data. Other products including e.g. calibration solutions, pipeline history etc.  should be considered and included as required/time allows.
